What is iJobDesk? is an online job marketplace that provides a means for individuals or businesses (known as "Buyers") and freelancers around the world to collaborate for mutual benefit. Buyers in need of skilled help can post jobs and allow freelancers to submit proposals for the completion of the work.

For the Buyer, provides immediate access to talented contractors with specific skills, without spending much time for job ads. For the Freelancer, offers part-time to full-time work opportunities, without the trouble and expenses of advertising, finding jobs, etc.

Anyone can browse jobs on the website, but you have to sign up to use services such as posting jobs, submitting proposals, collaborating, paying and so on.

Please follow the steps to activate your account:

  1. Fill out a registration form. In Signup page, you’ll be asked to create a unique username (you cannot change it later on) that will identify you on our system. You’ll also need to provide a valid email address and confirm reading our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
  2. Confirm your email address. After submitting the registration form, a message containing instructions to confirm your email address will be sent to the email address you provided. You must follow the instructions provided.
  3. Create your profile. Take a few minutes to provide some background information about you or your business, which will help you build your reputation.

No personal or contact information should be shared.


Jobs are posted by registered Buyers with work descriptions, skill requirements, and a budget range. Freelancers browse or find the posted jobs for those that match their skills and interests. After reading the full descriptions of applicable jobs, freelancers can submit proposals with uploading their work samples for buyers to check. Buyers then evaluate the proposals to determine the most qualified bidders and award the job to one or more freelancers.


Each registered user is provided with a free online account for payments or fund transfers. Funds can be added as direct payments from other users through contracts or from various payment sources such as the user’s credit card, online payment accounts or bank transfer.

Buyers can pay service providers via transfer from their accounts to providers’ accounts.

A freelancer may withdraw funds from his or her account via various Payment Methods such as Paypal, Bank and so on.

Fees payable to are also deducted from users’ accounts as applied.

Feedback and Ratings

When a contract is completed through payments made within the system, the feedback and rating system for the contract will be activated. This provides the opportunity for the buyer and the freelancer to rate each other’s performance through comments and a simple 5-star rating scale. A freelancer’s overall ratings and individual contract ratings and feedback are shown on the freelancer’s profile page to help buyers assess the value of working with the freelancer.
