Why was my contract suspended?
If there is a problem with your buyer’s iJobDesk account, your contracts with them will be suspended and you cannot continue to bill that buyer through iJobDesk until the issue is resolved. There are many possible reasons this could occur, although we cannot share the reasons regarding the buyer’s account due to privacy concerns.
In case a contract is suspended:
- Stop working on the contract immediately.
- Get in touch with the buyer as soon as possible to find out when the contract will resume.
If your buyer asks you to continue working on the suspended contract and then offers to pay you outside of iJobDesk, you should decline and report it to Customer Support. It significantly increases the risk of fraud and is a violation of the iJobDesk Terms and Conditions.
