Give a Refund

You can issue a refund after payment is received. Once you issue a refund, you can’t reverse it.

You cannot refund an amount that is exceeding the lowest of the following:

  • Net total transactions on the contract
  • Available balance in your iJobDesk account

To give a refund:

  • Go to [Workroom] / [My Contracts]. If the contract has ended, select the [Archived] tab.
  • Find the correct contract in the list and click its title to get to the details page.
  • Click the [Give a refund] button.

How to refund hours not yet billed for an hourly contract

In case you are going to give your buyer a refund for the hours for the current week in an active contract, you can remove them from your Work Diary.
