Add Manual Time

Manual time is often used for billing for work done offline or that might not be recorded properly by the app such as phone calls, non-electronic research, paper-based work, etc.

You can ask the buyer to enable manual time for the hourly contract and add manual time. Please discuss this with the buyer and get approval before adding any manual time.

To add manual time:

  • Talk to your buyer if they haven’t enabled manual time. They can enable or disable manual time on your contract.
  • If they enable manual time, you’ll be able to use the [Add manual time] button in [Workroom] / [Work Diary].
